HELLO, Shooting Star.
I love that when you’re struggling, you whisper nice things to yourself that make you smile.
I love that when you’re feeling a difficult but necessary emotion ~ one that just needs to be felt ~ you go ahead and feel it, knowing it’s time for it and that it will not always need to be felt. You really mean it when you gently tell yourself, “It’s okay to feel how you feel.”
I love that you sense the difference when what you’re feeling is a difficult, unnecessary emotion ~ one you don’t need to feel. I love that you prefer enjoyable emotions, so you go searching for the thought that’s driving that difficult, unnecessary emotion. I love that it becomes the most important thing to you then—to go within until you find it. And then you do! I love what you say to yourself then: “Oh, so that’s what I believe right now. No wonder I feel the way I do!” I love that you then, so courageously, consider wildly different beliefs that are much more You … until one speaks to your heart. I love that you then say, “I like this belief so much better, and it resonates with Me (that’s Me!). This feels true and good. Ahh … so much better.” I love that immediately the heaviness is gone, your experience has shapeshifted, and your energy sparkles.
I love that you keep getting better at being nice to you.
Present with you,
Me
