HELLO, Kindness Elaborated.

It’s your approval that catapults you to where you want to be and how you want to feel. You know this because as soon as you authentically and genuinely receive approval from you, the need for it from anyone else goes away ~ completely.

 

For whatever reason, your own approval is sometimes the hardest to get; it’s the one held back most often. Why doesn’t really matter; only the awareness does. 

 

This is an invitation to explore a new mantra:

 

“I approve of you” ~ said to yourself with love. 

 

Since you are Kindness Elaborated, you’ll feel the truth in it. Even when it’s hard to ~ at first. Even when you’re sure it’s someone else’s approval you need. Even ~ and especially ~ when you don’t think you can find any reason for it to be true in a set of particulars.

 

“I approve of you” ~ said to yourself with love. 

 

First … experiencing the truth of it. And then … what a feeling. What a release. What empowerment. What lightness. And what can now happen ...
