


HELLO, Joyful Cultivator.
Sometimes it’s so hard to remember that if you choose a different thought, you can change your experience. But you’re doing it. You’re stopping and noticing how you feel. You’re checking in again and again, asking yourself,
“Am I thinking something negative about me or my life?”
And then you notice a rough thought and say the words, then think, That doesn’t feel good, and it doesn’t help me to believe that. I’m going to try this ... And you say spectacular words instead, sometimes even the complete opposite ~ the blissful, eye-opening, brilliantly empowering, true opposite.
And so it goes … until the thoughts you’re carrying are once again a bouquet of purposely chosen, fantastically fragrant beliefs that allow you to deeply inhale your beautiful life.
Your awareness of your thoughts, all the effort you’re putting toward consciously choosing them, it’s wildly changing things for the better ~ even more than you can see.
