HELLO, Brave Bird.

It’s perfectly okay to be afraid ... but you don’t need to be. You don’t need to spend another moment in fear.

 

I have no fears ~ not one. Keep coming back to the awareness that I have no fear, and I’m You. Keep exploring your awareness of that ~ what it means and how it feels.

 

“A part of me has no fear.” It serves you to repeat that often ...

 

Practice taking a fear you have and placing it between Me and you. Try to see it from my perspective. How is it possible I don’t fear it? How do I see it? You have clear access to my perspective, because I’m You. When you tap into and try on that perspective, you experience how it feels, what it changes, and you can decide if you prefer to keep feeling that way. 

To keep returning to and maintaining that place of no fear, continue with your mantra, “A part of me has no fear.” The more you explore it, practice it, and tap into it, the more the space between you and Me will disappear.
